Body manufactured of 18/8 Cr-Ni satin-finished sheet, other inner component are of aluminized sheet,
Oil retainer and discharger,
Oil deposited on the surface can be collected in s/s drawer and easliy cleaned,
Stainless steel sheets on 3 sides to prevent sputtering,
Frying surface control with 2 separate and independent controls, (for the ones with 1 module)
Gas tap with pilot flame and thermocouple; stops gas supply in the case the flame turns off
Gas burner in the shape of stainless pipe and with ability to operate using all types of gas,
with automatic ignition button
Either LPG or natural gas operated and conversion without modification,
Appropriate for multipurpose use; can be placed on a cupboard or cantilever for installation of island type.
